My first attempt at creating was a simple drawing made with crayons on a large sheet of paper. I remember focusing intently on the lines, trying to make them match the image in my head. The result was a lopsided house with a smiling sun in the corner, but the feeling of putting an idea onto a blank page was incredibly powerful. That initial act of making something from nothing, however imperfect, sparked a sense of possibility and ownership that I had never felt before.

I enjoy the process of making because it is a form of active engagement with the world. It allows me to solve problems, experiment with materials, and translate abstract thoughts into tangible form. The act of building, writing, or composing requires focus and pushes me to learn and adapt. Ultimately, the satisfaction comes from the journey itself, the quiet concentration of the work, and the small victory of bringing a new thing into existence, regardless of its scale or perfection.
